    Great first page! ..but could not go to I think it was page 4 of the paper for the end of the article. Is this just my problem?

      The rest of it is on page 3 – up at the top right corner of the page – to the right of “subscribe” etc there’s an arrow in a box – if you click on that arrow it’ll turn the page and take you to the rest of the article 😉
