It has been suggested by several people that I post a list of ways in which people can be helpful And items that would help us on our way. This list will be ever-evolving and I will keep it as current as possible. Spreading the word about the blog and the facebook page is a great way to be helpful – if something inspires you please share it! - however you connect with your circle
. I’m currently up to 211 blog followers - the fantasy is 500! If you haven’t hit the “Follow” button yet, please do – I find it encouraging to know that people are keeping track of us – and it helps compensate for the sporadic nature of my postings. The “Donate” button is the best way to contribute financially – which is a great help as well! Thanks for reading through the list which follows – in no particular order:
If you have any photographs from earlier parts of the Journey, or recent ones, please feel free to post them on the Free Range Rodeo facebook page!
a fun summer weight vest with plenty of pockets – for camera, cell ‘phone, maps, etc – getting too warm for my coat – maybe a safari looking something? open to options…
I’ve had several great experiences going into schools to talk with the kids. Invitations and/or arrangements to do more of that would be fun. Newspaper interviews as well – it’s especially helpful when a newspaper article appears before or as i arrive somewhere
Body Work – massage, chiro, acupuncture, Trager, etc.
Also – Jesse and I could both use a dentist visit.
Vagabond Travel Guitar – my travel guitar got smashed en route and I really miss her!
Photographers – it’s hard to take photos of myself and the times a “real” photographer has taken photos have been really fun and a great addition to the blog. You don’t have to be a professional – and i’m happy to credit you for the photo shoot – generally 6-10 photos are a good amount for a blog entry.
Literary agent for the book I’ll write once I’m done with the riding part of the Journey. It would be very helpful to have somebody on board who understands the process and the PR – and can help me navigate.
“Care packages” – appreciated items include: home made cookies, Clif bars, Jerky (no MSG), dried fruit, Emergen-C packets, Mountain House meals, extra sharp cheddar cheese, dark chocolate
…
If anyone has subscriptions to The Sun Magazine and/or Orion Magazine and would be willing to pass them on (via mail drops) once you are done reading them I would love to receive them and pass them on once I’m done reading them!

My friends and I can help trail angel you across the antelope valley…no problem.
I contacted a Map company to see if they would sponsor you. Hope we hear back!

This is Bruce Shaull from the Tonopah Hot Springs. I am the one that brought you and Jeremy some marinated chicken and other goodies. I did this because I love Free Spirits like yourselve. I wish you the best and if you get into a fix and really need some help let me know – you never know what might happen. Good luck and remain Free Spirited – wish I was able to do the same. God Bless.
